Kue Keju began with a memory.
Growing up in the Maluku Islands of Indonesia, I spent my childhood in my grandmother's home, where she ran a small bakery.
The aroma of freshly baked cakes drifting through the house each morning remains one of my earliest and most cherished memories.
Today, Kue Keju carries that story forward.
Its name, Indonesian for "cheesecake," reflects the cultural blend of my upbringing: "Kue" from Malay and "Keju" from Dutch.
Each cheesecake is baked to order in Zurich, crafted in small batches and made with premium ingredients. Measuring 18 cm in diameter and weighing approximately 1.3 kg, every cake is prepared with patience, care, and time.
